Demise, 1605, Sept. 27. 3 James I.

Demise by William Fetherston of Packwood in the county of Warwick, yeoman, to John Fetherston, yeoman, of a messuage and close in Bentley Heath in the parish of Solihull, late in the occupation of Barnaby Holbacke of Solihull and now in the tenure of Thomas Mountforde, for 80 years, if William so long live, from the death of William Fetherston, their father, now deceased, for a sum of 10d. and such further sum as Thomas Grene of the Middle Temple shall fix in writing. William the father had assured the premises to William the son for the said term (if he should so long live) by indenture tripartite date 10 April 42 Elizabeth. Given on 27 September, 3 James I.
